Who can volunteer?
Anyone can volunteer!
young people ... retired people ... students ... professionals ... disabled people ... people in full or part-time employment ... those who are unemployed ... those who wish to return to employment after a period not in work ... those who wish to gain some work experience

- We aim to make our service accessible to everyone regardless of age, sex, class and ethnic origin.
- We recognise that everyone has a contribution to make to our local community and a right to equal treatment.
- No matter how little time you have to spare, volunteer work is very flexible and can be tailored to suit the time you can give.
- Just one hour of your time can mean the world to an organisation or person that needs help.
- Opportunities on our database range from jobs that will take an occasional hour to a regular weekly commitment.
